How much and how many translate into Russian as Сколько
It doesn’t depend on if a noun is countable or uncountable

How many countries are in the world?
Сколько стран в мире?

How many calories are in a banana?
Сколько калорий в банане?

How much coffee do you drink in a day?
Сколько кофе ты выпиваешь за день?

How many Russian words do you know?
Сколько русских слов ты знаешь?

How much time do you need?
Сколько времени тебе нужно?

But:
How many languages do you speak?
На скольких языках ты говоришь?
Because in a positive sentence you say:
I speak English
Я говорю на английском

And in a question you save this preposition.

If you want to ask about the price you say
Сколько + and add the verb стоит

How much is it?
Сколько это стоит?

How much is the Iphone 8?
Сколько стоит восьмой Айфон?

How much does bitcoin cost?
Сколько стоит биткоин?

How much is dollar to ruble?
Сколько стоит доллар к рублю?

Сколько + стоят (if a noun is plural) according to Russian grammar rules you change the ending of a verb

• Do you know how much are these shoes?
Ты знаешь, сколько стоят эти ботинки?

• How much are the tickets?
Сколько стоят эти билеты?

• How much is the Chanel perfume?
Сколько стоят духи Шанель?
Yes, in Russian the word духи is a plural

• How much is this watch?
Сколько стоят эти часы?
Yes, in Russian the word часы is a plural

• How much are those roses?
Сколько стоят эти розы?
