Assembling an APCP Rocket Motor

In this video I show how to make APCP and put it into a motor. I used 79% Ammonium Perchlorate, 12% Epoxy, and 9% Aluminum. I used a steel casing with a 1 inch inner diameter (galvanized steel). I welded washers together to make the nozzle which is reusable. This time I made the center hole go the entire length of the grain opposed to the previous tests which had the holes only go a portion of the grain.
