VAN LIFE BUILD: Installing the floor in a Ford Transit Van Conversion

On today’s episode of Van Life with Bentley + Kaitee, we are officially beginning the van Conversion process on our 2020 Ford Transit High Roof 148’ Extended Ecoboost. The first step is removing the paneling and floor. Then we lay down kilmat rattle trap sound dampener. Once that’s in place, we cut plywood and polyiso foam board to size, then install. Finally, we lay down laminate wood flooring to give it that high end aesthetic. Check out the video above to see the whole process unfold. Let us know what you think in the comments!
