Diving the Great Barrier Reef // SS Yongala, Museum of Underwater Art and a friendly Brahminy Kite
The Central Great Barrier Reef, what a beautiful place! I was lucky enough to explore, the Museum Of Underwater Art, one of the craziest, and most unique things I have seen underwater. We also scuba-dived the SS Yongala, a shipwreck over 100 years old, home to an abundance of marine life. We made some new lovely friends, both human and animal, including a Brahminy Kite, and a Cod.
Disclaimer - This Brahminy Kite at the start of my video is a life-long friend of a lovely person I met, who has developed an incredible bond and trust with this bird which is super rare. This is the only reason I was able to feed her, and i’ll remember it forever. Please don’t try to feed any wild raptors, for theirs and your benefit. They are such incredible animals. You can help them in Australia by driving slowly and being cautious on our roads, as they are often killed by cars, and also by supporting the fight against 1080 poison and Strychnine poison baits, as they often fall victim to these too. Thankyou!
