Lifting a train and fishing a car!

Received a call from a customer to help get a derailed train back onto the track. Space was horrible, but as always we made the best out of a bad situation. My dad had the idea to use the brute strength of our 75ton rotator, Big Flipper, to lift the rear of the rail car while he used his 60ton rotator to winch it forward. Luckily, the railcar was empty and only weighed about 60,000lbs. Together, we were able to get it back on track for the happy customer.

Unfortunately we did the job too fast and I did not bother with filming too much thinking it would be a boring video, which is why I'm also including footage from a recent car fishing job. The driver of this vehicle somehow lost control and ended about 200' into a sewage drain. Hulk, my 50ton rotator, was used to lift the car using a spreader bar and set it down onto level ground facing the exit.
