The Jansen RD-500 tracked dumper is the latest model in the Jansen dumper series. The special highlight is the hydrostatic drive!

The tracked dumper is self-propelled and the body can be tilted. For this purpose, a hydraulic power unit and a hydraulic cylinder have been installed on the machine. With this feature our mini dumper sets itself apart from the competition! The lifting and lowering process takes place within a few seconds. The trough has a dimension of 1000x670x450 mm.

There are many competitive offers with very similar looking machines. Compare these offers in detail with our RD-500. We supply a reinforced version of the machine with an equally reinforced trough (wall thickness 3 mm). In contrast to many other offers, the trough at the discharge of our RD-500 is straight and not conical - this makes dumping of the bulk material much easier. With tapered troughs, the bulk material gets wedged very quickly when tipped out.

The chain drive makes this dumper suitable for particularly rough terrain. Slopes are also possible - depending on the payload.

The drive of the RD-500 is purely hydrostatic - this type of drive offers --many advantages:

Speed 1 Forward: 5 km/h
Speed 2 Forward: 2.5 km/h
Speed 1 Reverse: 3 km/h
Speed 2 Reverse: 1.25 km/h

The unique design with the stable operator platform allows the operator to ride along comfortably. When the platform is not in use, it can also be folded upwards. Handling is particularly easy and comfortable due to the intuitive controls.

The machine is ideal for transporting sand, earth, gravel, stones etc. You can load up to 500 kg; here is an overview of the payload and capacity:
