Ancona Gas cooktop yellow flame

Ancona gas range.. wife is now complaining about this yellow flame burner with black charcoal marks along inside burner .i did cleaned the nozzle first with white vinegar and it helps but not satisfied. I did found out the top brass burner is deformed in shape and it restrict the flow of the gas..
Time to make my wife happy again..👩🏻‍🦱
