A WEEK OF WORKOUTS! | WHAT WORKS FOR ME!

Hello my lovelies, I get asked all of the time what I do for fitness and if I can share some of it with you. Firstly, I'm not a PT or qualified as a fitness instructor and I am not claiming to be. I am an ex-nurse so I have a good understanding of anatomy and I spent 10 years working in Spinal Orthopaedics in my last job so I have a good understanding of range of motion and the biomechanics of the body in general. This video is what works for me, and I'm sharing it to inspire those looking for some motivation to get up and try something different.
