Babylon First Impressions - Civilization VI New Frontier Pass

Hamurrabi is the leader of Babylon in the November content drop of the New Frontier Pass! He is a science-focused leader that gains a lot of extra science from gaining eurekas, but at the cost of generating science per turn. He seems to be a decent skill-based leader, but he may be a little weak for less-experienced players.
