Why Most Language Tests Get B2 Level Completely Wrong
In this video Dr. Troy Cox gives us some insights on the B2 level proficiency and the differences between the European scale the CEFR and the American scale ACTFL, although there are other scales such as the ILR, ACTFL is the one that does the OPI. The B2 level is problematic because different countries and different institutions have different standards for their ratings.
