Here’s a secretly anti-inflammatory Loaded Potato Soup with a Louisiana twist! 🌶️ 🥔

Shoutout to Brit’s Cooking on Facebook for the recipe inspiration! I used her method and tweaked it with my favorite clean-ingredient swaps. 🥣✨

THE CLEAN SWAPS:
✅ Tapioca Flour = Thickening without the bloat.
✅ Bone Broth = Gut health & immunity.
✅ Uncured Meats = No sugar, nitrates, or fillers.
✅ Gum-Free Cream = No carrageenan, guar gum, or weird additives.

RECIPE STEPS:
1️⃣ Crisp your bacon (keep the grease!).
2️⃣ Sauté the "Trinity" (onion, celery, garlic) + green onions.
3️⃣ Brown the clean-ingredient kielbasa & add Cajun seasoning.
4️⃣ Stir in 3 tbsp Tapioca Flour to thicken.
5️⃣ Deglaze with Bone Broth & gum-free Heavy Cream.
6️⃣ Add diced Yukon Gold potatoes & spices.
7️⃣ Simmer until velvet, stir in raw cheddar, & TOP IT OFF!
