This video explains the answer to Question 21 from the SAT Paper Practice Test 9 Section 2 Module 2 Math portion. The question is The function f is defined by f(x)=a^x+b, where a and b are constants and a is greater than 0. In the xy-plane, the graph of y=f(x) has a y-intercept at (0, −25) and passes through the point (2, 23). What is the value of a+b? This practice test is provided for free by the College Board.
