The Confessions are a versatile R&B group with a throwback sound. Gleaning from gospel, early rock 'n' roll, and sounds of the Motown era, songwriter and frontwoman Camille Reeves writes and performs original tunes that are fresh, yet familiar. For this performance, her band features three horns –Samantha Boshnack on trumpet, Chris Credit on baritone sax and Traci Ferrara on tenor sax, – and the foundation of The Confessions' sound is laid by the rhythm section: Chris O'Brien on keyboard, Gavin Kovite on bass, and Brian Dougher on drums.
