Trying To BACKFLIP again!? Explained Leg day!!!

LEG WORKOUT!
(warm up)
Squat 4x8
Pulse squat 4x20

Straight leg dead lift 4x10

*super set*
-leg extensions
-lunges
-Squat and squeeze(mind to muscle connection)

*super set*
- Hamstring curl
- Reverse Hyper
