2/10/2023 today we had a client with a failed 20+ year old Concord gas furnace & AC system. This couldn’t in Chelmsford MA needed it replaced. However the challenge was that the basement had beef finished around the equipment and mad it impossible to service and repair the unit. We had to cut an access door into the wall so that we could remove the failed equipment. Then install the replacement York 95% efficient gas furnace with new R410A 13 Seer air conditioning outdoor equipment. We always install a easy access Trion Air Bear high capacity filter cabinet to make filter replacements simple for our homeowners.
