Thanks to my patient for sharing her procedure! Sometimes smokers do take a little longer to completely heal. So you can see at the end of the video I show her follow up and extend the suture removal 5-7 days longer to give her more time to heal. The skin above the cyst is thinned out a little from the pressure from below, so I didn’t use a running sub-cuticular stitch.
