Easy Green Smoothie Recipe for Beginners

Happy Monday Lov3's! Who else is ready to start the year off on a healthy note? Today we're sharing our delicious go to recipe that is not only really easy to make but also very delicious for the entire family to enjoy.

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen strawberries and bananas
1 cup Kale
1-2 cups oat milk (any other plant based milk)
1 tsp chia seeds
4 pitted medjool dates

place all ingredients in a blender and pulse for 3 mins or until smooth, pour and enjoy.
