Hi guys, in this video i will be showing you how to dye your hair with semi and how it comes out. Titanium is a very popular color by Ion sold by Sallys. Sally discontinued this color for a long time and now they have brought it back because it is such a pretty color and everyone is asking for it. SO IT IS BACK GUYS!!!!!
