This gentle reclined shoulder stretch opens the chest, melts tension from the upper back, and helps correct poor posture caused by stress, sitting, and screen time. It’s ideal if you're experiencing rounded shoulders, neck tightness, or stiffness in the thoracic spine.
✨ This stretch helps you with:
✔ Opens tight shoulders & chest
✔ Releases fascia in the front body
✔ Relieves neck & upper back pain
✔ Counteracts tech posture & improves spinal alignment
🧘♀️ How to:
• Lie on your belly, both arms extended out to the sides like a “T”
• Bend your right arm and step your right foot to the outer side of your left leg
• Gently twist open to the right, feeling the stretch through the chest and front shoulder
💡 Hold each side for 1–2 minutes while breathing slowly and deeply, or repeat this exercise 10 times on each sides dynamically.
