Argentine Asado

If you like to eat meat, then you might consider heaven to be the asado in Termas Rio Hondo, Argentina. This video was made at the market by the dique, a place that is known for selling hand-carved wood products. In Rio Hondo, the asado was one of the largest I've seen, with smoke drifting out onto the river. By lunch time the place is packed with salivating gauchos.
