We Hiked Pen y Fan in Brutal Weather… 4-Peak Challenge

We took the hard route to Pen y Fan in brutal weather… and honestly, this hike tested us properly.

In this Brecon Beacons hiking vlog, we take on a 21km circular route through Bannau Brycheiniog National Park, including Pen y Fan, Corn Du, Cribyn and Fan y Big. What started as a beautiful adventure day quickly turned into a rainy, windy, foggy challenge - but we kept going and finished the full route in just over 7 hours.

This is not the easiest Pen y Fan walk. It’s a long mountain hike with big views, tough climbs, exposed sections, and the kind of weather that makes you question your life choices… but also reminds you why getting outdoors is always worth it.
