How to Reset Apple Watch Manually without being Paired to iPhone

If your Apple Watch comes up with the following message

'Wrong Passcode open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, go to Passcode, then tap re-enable passcode entry to try again'

BUT your watch is no longer paired with your iPhone. This means your Apple Watch is stuck and you will need to restart it manually in order to be able to pair with your phone again.
