Oryx’s

Oryx are found in Africa and the Middle East. The Gemsbok or Oryx gazella, the largest of the oryx species, is a big antelope with long, spear-like horns. They have a thick, horse-like neck, a short mane, and a compact, muscular body, making them a real desert animal. The first video shows a pair of lions inspecting an oryx. Because it’s just standing there, the oryx does not appear to be impressed by the lions. The oryx isn't even attempting to flee now that there are four lions.

Is there something I'm overlooking? It's like the lions are preparing the grill, but none of them want to take the meat out of the refrigerator. Finally, two female lions prepare to attack an oryx in this footage. Oryx are easily startled by even the tiniest sound; thus the lions must be extremely silent. One of the lions makes a blunder and comes out of hiding. They continue to go for it, with one lion attempting to force the oryx towards the other. The oryx stands firm in the face of the lions. The lions abandon the hunt, and the oryx survives to live another day.
Zebra

When a bunch of lions corners a Zebra, they normally enjoy an "all you can eat" buffet. However, as the lion in this footage realized, one Lion attempting to kill a Zebra is no simple task. The zebra jumps up and down, jolting as it goes, to get the big cat off it. The lion, still hungry, refuses to budge, so the zebra raises the stakes. It then performs a front roll, as best we can tell. And it works well, with the lion being thrown loose and the zebra attempting to flee. The giant cat catches hold of its behind, but it can't hold it, and all it can do is watch as its nighttime meal flees into the distance. Although Zebras will lose to a Lion's onslaught nine times out of ten. The laws of nature don’t apply to this Zebra. Zebras are powerful animals that can knock a lion out cold with a single kick. Lions, on the other hand, are skilled hunters who know how to take down the striped horse.

Even while we know lions must kill to survive, it's always gratifying to watch a weaker victim elude their grasp. This buffet must have closed early, so better luck next time! The next clip is only a few seconds long, so pay attention because you don't want to miss this zebra's kung-fu kick that utterly takes out this lion in a chase. This next lion is about to hunt a zebra. It approaches a herd of zebras quietly and prepares to charge for the kill. The lion bolts, chasing the zebra, but the zebra kicks out many times as the lion tries to lay its two paws on it, preventing the lion from making any contact. The lion persists in his pursuit, but the zebra is tough, even when the lion has it in a headlock. The zebra bites the lion multiple times, and the lion lets go.

This allows the zebra to get back up and stump on the lion numerous times. The next video shows a zebra mother defending her young by kicking the lion in the head. Hunting zebras for lions is not guaranteed, as this video demonstrates. This lion pursues this zebra, but it is severely hurt after being kicked so hard. In this video, a lion is seen in a lake grabbing a zebra by the neck. The lion appears to have cornered the zebra, and it does not appear the zebra will be able to escape. Because the lion's face is practically submerged under the water, the zebra manages to turn the lion into the water, which may help it out. The lion will be unable to breathe and will release the zebra if this occurs. That is precisely what occurs, as the zebra flees with the lion chasing after it.
