The best individual men and women in Europe are set to face off at the 2021 @CrossFit Lowlands Throwdown.

Watch Bjorgvin Karl Gudmundsson, Reggie Fasa, Adrian Mundwiler, Bronislaw Olenkowicz, Frederik Aegidius, and Uldis Upenieks go toe-to-toe in “Friendly Fran,” a repeat event from Stage 1 of the 2020 CrossFit Games.
