Just wanted to say that we love our house, forgot to mention that it is a triplex, our landlord lives on the 3rd floor, we live on the second floor (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), and there are tenets on the first floor. When we were searching for places, our max budget for rent was 3800/month (again, 3 bed 2 baths, pet friendly, laundry, good location, parking for 3 cars, partially furnished ideal, AC would be great). We came is well below budget with utilities included in rent (score!!) but places with our criteria we’re easily priced up to 4200-4500/month in certain locations, so just keep looking and be open to other locations and being flexible, you won’t get everything on your wish list most likely (no AC for us) but consider what you really can live without and what is a necessity :) and don't get discouraged if you don't find something perfect right away, it took us a few months, try different websites and reach out to everyone!
