Hi there! My name is Anatoliy Letaev, and I am the founder of Migronis. Today let us talk about real estate in Saint Kitts and Nevis! The country is located on 2 islands – this is Saint Kitts, and Nevis is behind us.
Saint Kitts is the main island. There is an international airport here that is large by Cuban standards. It accommodates flights from central hubs, including Miami and other major cities. There is also a large cruise port on Saint Kitts. Nevis is actually an island of nearly the same size, but with a more relaxed environment.
Both islands have properties that qualify for the citizenship by investment program. Now we are going to Nevis to see some of them. As to investment options for obtaining citizenship, property investment has been enjoying much greater demand over the last 2-3 years.
