SCDF holds observance ceremony for fallen firefighter Kenneth Tay

Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) regular officer Captain Kenneth Tay Xue Qin was honoured at an observance ceremony on Monday (May 20).

The 30-year-old died in the line of duty while fighting a fire on board a marine vessel on May 16. The ceremony was attended by about 200 personnel at SCDF’s Ubi headquarters.
