U.S. House postpones debate on a FY2024 defense spending bill, as enough conservative Republican Members were threatening to vote 'no' on a procedural motion to bring up the bill over continued disagreements over what will go into the temporary government funding bill which will need to be signed into law by October 1st to prevent a government shutdown.
