Moser & Cie makes a cameo appearance on its 2019-2020 “Pioneer Tour” as Moser fans and collectors participate in the global circumnavigation of the first production example of the Pioneer Center Seconds Funky Blue Black Edition. H. Moser & Cie’s sports watch will find favor among friends on this channel.

Rolex leads the line with two gold Rolex Cosmograph Daytonas on full Oyster bracelets. The 116508 is an extravagant celebration of traditional 18-karat yellow gold while the discreet 116509 showcases a cooler countenance with matte black dial and red accents. Rolex’s all-around performer, the Yacht-Master, here offers a stainless steel and platinum “Rolesium” metal combination with the “Dark Rhodium” dial launched in 2016.

For 2019, the Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch Apollo 11 50th Anniversary edition of 6,969 pieces combines a unique Master Chronometer caliber 3861, “Moonshine” yellow gold, and the traditional 42mm steel “Speedmaster Professional” case with an Omega 1506/16 vintage-inspired bracelet. Actual vintage Omega watches also feature thanks to a 1959 Omega Seamaster 300 CK2913-5 and a 1964 Omega Speedmaster Professional 105.012-64 “Pre Moon” chronograph. The early 2000s De Ville Co-Axial Chronometer with Omega “brick road” bracelet offers an affordable point of entry to Omega watch ownership.

Audemars Piguet’s monstrous Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph shows its sympathetic side courtesy of the light and comfortable 2018 titanium/ceramic Offshore 42mm. Patek Philippe counters its traditional rival with immaculate dress watch complications in the sigma-dial 3940R and the freehand engraved 5160R with hunter caseback and “officer’s” case design.

Grand Seiko takes no prisoners with the Spring Drive 20th anniversary GMT Chronograph “Lion’s Mane” model SBGC230 and the steel-yellow gold two-tone limited edition Hi-Beat SBGH254 in “44GS” Zaratsu-polished case.

Pioneering independent watch brand Daniel Roth flies its once-proud flag thanks to the “Ellipsocurvex” case Daniel Roth Perpetual Calendar. Modern day independent watchmaking royalty Greubel Forsey showcases its 11-piece stainless steel Balancier USA limited edition.
