How I Walked For 8 Hours Straight | Walking 40 Km NON STOP!

In this video you will see how I walked for 8 hours straight a distance of 40 km or 25 miles. Walking for 8 hours requires a bit of training if you don't want to hurt yourself. I walked 40 km non stop!

One day I simply got the idea to walk from where I am living to another city, 40 km away. I have done something similar back in 2014 in Tobago. I walked 50 km from one end of the island to another end but at that time I didn't really have any idea of what I am doing so I needed 17 hours to complete the task. Now I gave myself 8 hours for 40 km. No breaks! Not even short restings. I packed up my backpack with some water, energy bars, snacks and some fruits. At 4 A.M. I started to walk and the first 8 km were through the forest. It was raining, it was foggy and dark. Couldn't see anything. After I came out of the woods, I just had to keep on walking another 32 km straight. I felt pretty good around the 20-25 km mark but after that I started feeling how the walk takes its toll on my body. Enjoy watching the video!
