After Sushant's family lawyer came forward with allegations on Rhea Chakrobarty's non-rightful visit to the mortuary to see Sushant's dead body, new questions arise. One of the major question being asked is on the nature of the visit of Rhea Chakrobarty to the morgue.

The visit to the morgue is seen with suspicion as even the family members do not have permission to see the dead body in the mortuary and Rhea had no legal rights on Sushant. Moreover, her visit took place even before the autopsy results were announced, this raises questions on Mumbai police as well for taking her under inquiry for this.
