Watson postdoctoral fellow Adaner Usmani will join Glenn Loury, Professor of Economics, in a discussion, "America’s Mass Incarceration Problem: How did we get here, and where do we go from here?” Loury, author of the American Book Award winner One by One, From the Inside Out: Essays and Reviews on Race and Responsibility in America and Race, Incarceration and American Values, was recently named a Distinguished Fellow by the American Economic Association.
