Alert News: Extortion Shooting Caught on Video in Brampton – Family Flees Home
A Brampton family has fled their home after receiving a video showing gunshots fired at their house, followed by an extortion demand of $500,000. The shooting occurred while the homeowner, his wife, and their young child were inside the residence near Sandalwood Parkway & Creditview Road.
At least eight shots were fired, damaging vehicles and the garage. The suspects allegedly threatened to kill the family if the demand was not met. Peel Police confirm the Extortion Investigations Task Force is actively investigating. No suspects have been identified at this time. Residents are urged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to police.
