1980s Panasonic 12” Oscillating Fan | Restoration PART 1: Capacitor Repair & New Handle

This Panasonic fan was sitting on my shelf for over a year, patiently waiting for some TLC. While I didn't have time to service the motor, I was able to fix one problem that used to prevent it from starting up at all. Since I had the fan partially dismantled, I went ahead and formed a new handle for it. Eventually I'll revisit this fan and perform the usual restoration routine.
