Gin Theme Settings

The Gin admin theme is becoming Drupal's new default, and you can customize it extensively without writing any code!

From the settings page, you can:
- Toggle between light and dark modes
- Customize accent and focus colors
- Adjust layout density for more compact tables
- Enable user-specific preference overrides
