How to prepare Falafel - Recipe Demonstration

In this Video Sue and I will show you how to prepare Falafel! This recipe is also Gluten Free, so it's great for people who can't have wheat.

Ingredients:
2 cups of dry chickpeas
1 medium onion chopped
1 Carrot peeled and chopped
1/2 cup of fresh curly parsley (Stems removed)
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp ground dried garlic
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp corn starch
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
Vegetable oil for frying
