You can easily backup and Restore the Contacts File
Start by opening the Contacts app, go to setting and manage contacts

Tap the “Export” option on the Settings screen.
Export it to the phone internal memory

Send it to the new phone

Do the exact same thing i.e go to phone contacts and manage contacts and then head to import contacts from there ...Import contacts from phone internal memory ...the vcf contact file should appear ...it will prompt you where to save this contacts

You can select the phone i.e the contacts shall get saved onto the phone

That's it , all the contacts from your old phone has now moved on to your new phone
