Sweet Aval, also known as Aval Jaggery or Sweet Poha, stands as one of the easiest Prasad offerings to prepare. According to our scriptures, Poha (Aval) holds a special place as one of Lord Krishna's favorite foods. Even if time is limited for making an elaborate array of offerings (Prasad) to Sri Krishna, crafting this Sweet Poha (Aval Jaggery) alone is sufficient to receive his blessings.

Quick recipe :
🧆 Heat the pan and add 1/2 cup of water, 150g of crated jaggery
🧆 Filter the heated jaggery and remove the impurities
🧆 Add the melted jaggery in the pan and heat until it is slightly thicker
🧆 Then add 250g aval and mix it well
🧆 Add some coconut and pinch of cardamom powder and mix it well
🧆 Roast some cashews and raisins with ghee and add it in the mixture and it is ready
