Though this is a very simple bass line, playing it I have fantasies about being an extremely accomplished, yet cool bass player because it's jazz (or sounds like it, anyway).

I used a live version rather than the studio ones because I really liked it; the way Norah Jones begins playing and the band follows her in as the audience recognizes it it's like diving head first into a pool filled with what the English refer to as custard -- smooooth, man.
