Restoration Long Kitchen Knife
Hello folks! Today I will show you my new restoration project. This old rusty knife was founded at a flea market. It's good long knife for kitchen. The knife is badly damaged from rust and bumps. Let's start to restore this knife.

First, I removed the old broken handle from the knife and used rust remover. Then as usual, washed, oiled and dried it. Due to the fact that the geometry of the knife was, it was necessary to change the shape of the knife and at the same time not to change the functionality. Also, I made a new bevel for the knife.
After, I used iron chloride to etching the blade. I chose mahogany wood for the handle of the knife. Brass and aluminum pins. And sure, I made a test for you. I hope you will enjoy this knife restoration video. Thank you!
