#鲈鱼 腌料：

加1.5大勺料酒，1/2大勺盐，2根葱，5片姜
Add 1.5 tablespoons cooking wine, 1/2 tablespoon salt, 2 green onion, 5 slices of ginger
腌制一下，拌匀
Marinate and mix well
