Curry Chicken and Coconut Dumplings

Today we're making curry chicken and coconut dumplings. Our dumplings are boiled in water and can be made from plain flour, or mixed with coconut, cassava (yuca), or cornmeal. I'll be speaking in my 🇹🇹Trini accent, so if you find it difficult to understand please let me know down below.
