Pumpkin granola Recipe:
*Dry ingredients:
2 cup whole oats
1½ cup millet puffs
½ cup raw quinoa
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup pecans
½ cup chopped almonds
¼ tsp nutmeg
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
¼ tsp cardamom
⅛ tsp cloves
⅛ tsp allspice
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
*Wet Ingredients:
2 tablespoons nut butter
⅓ cup pure maple syrup
1.5 tsp vanilla extract or 1.25 vanilla extract + ¼ tsp maple flavor
½ cup pumpkin pureé
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix the wet ingredients into a separate bowl. Then pour wet into dry and mix well until completely combined.
Bake on a parchment paper lined baking tray at 350 for 18-22 min. Flipping halfway through.
Let it completely cool before storing away.
