I Interviewed over 100 Small Businesses in Philadelphia ... FOR FREE

From 2017 through 2020, my team at Momentum Digital interviewed, highlighted and promoted over 100 businesses every Saturday (once per week) in the Philadelphia region.... completely for FREE.

That's right.... we created an initiative called @smallbusinesssaturdayphila6794 in an attempt to partner with @amex so we could promote small business owners EVERY SATURDAY of the year, instead of once per year. Our team did this religiously and completely for free.

We conducted 76 video interviews, over 20 podcasts, as well as some written + social marketing for nearly two years. The goal here was to learn more about other businesses in the area and get them some free publicity, while also getting some notoriety for the hard work and skill provided by our agency.

For those of you who follow me, you know I embody small business and entrepreneurship. It's the heart and soul of our economy. So many hard-working individuals who do what they love and represent their communities. We have our own way of making a living, and it's not easy.

Here are some numbers for you ....
• There's a 99.9% chance you know a small business owner
• There are 30+ million small businesses in the US
• 627,000 small businesses are created each year
• Small businesses represent roughly 45% of the GDP
• 70% of small businesses fail within 10 years
