David Bowie - Around The World With F1 - 2013 ( Working Title ) is film in production. It follows the world of F1 racing to exotic locations, and some of the coolest bar's, cafes, hotels, fashion models, makeup artists, fashion designers, musicians, artists, singers, Formula 1 drivers, giving there thoughts on the musical icon David Bowie.

David Bowie's single Where Are We Now? classically fits the theme of this film as it goes from the paddock's of F1 racing to the cultural centers around the F1 circuit discovering and talking to all who want to talk about David Bowie. In doing so you will meet some of the most interesting people while discovering the impact of the musician David Bowie, who always moved forward and never looked back. It is such for F1 drivers focused on what is in front of them each with their own style.

The film explores the world of fashion as David Bowie had been on the cutting edge with fashion working with various designers such as Alexander McQueen. The film will introduce you to some of the most unique designers, fashion models, makeup artists from around the world in the cities that host F1. This not only in tribute to the man who set a trend in fashion but also for his song Fashion.

"Fashion" was the last song completed in the Scary Monsters sessions, its bassline and some of the melody taking inspiration from Bowie's 1975 hit "Golden Years".Guest guitarist Robert Fripp contributed a series of harsh, mechanical riffs to complement the band's funk/reggae arrangement.
The track was noted for its emotionally vacant choir effect, and the recurring onomatopoeia "beep beep" that Bowie had first used in an unreleased 1970 song called "Rupert the Riley". Another phrase in the lyrics that Bowie borrowed from his past was "People from Bad Homes", the title track of a 1973 album he recorded with his protégés The Astronettes, which went unreleased until 1995.

Through the film you will meet artist's and in each city the heart of the artistic community, as David Bowie himself an artist was also influenced by such artist's as Andy Warhol.

The film was inspired by David Bowie's new album 'The Next Day' to be released March 11th in the UK and March 12th in United States and North America. This being David Bowie's first album in a decade and by the exhibition of 300 artifacts at the Victoria and Albert Museum in Mayfair London opening March 23, 2013 sponsored by Gucci.

The film is a personal project of Timothy Hollywood Khan, who was himself influenced by David Bowie and had been a Los Angeles neighbour of Bowie and his supermodel wife Iman. While David Bowie was in the process of completing his 'Black Tie White Noise', Khan invited Bowie and Iman to a party at Peninsula Beverly Hills where Bowie came to meet a friend of Khan's Shel Talmy who also had produced Bowie first two albums.
