My Blood Test Results Changed After 2 Pregnancies

I took the RhoGAM injection after my first and second babies because I was told I was O negative. Then during my third pregnancy, another test showed I was actually Rh-positive. 😳
To this day, I still don’t know whether the first test was wrong or something else happened.

Have you ever received two completely different test results for the same thing? Mamas are you O negative? Were you advised to take the RhoGAM injection after giving birth?
