बंगालच्या उपसागरात आणि अंदमान समुद्राच्या दक्षिण भागात मान्सून चांगलाच सक्रिय झाला आहे... यामुळे आता महाराष्ट्रातही लवकरच पावसाचे आगमन होण्याची शक्यता आहे... IMD च्या अंदाजानुसार, 27 मे पर्यंत मान्सून केरळच्या किनारपट्टीवर धडकेल, तर 1 जून ते 5 जून या दरम्यान तो कोकणात दाखल होऊ शकतो. संपूर्ण महाराष्ट्राला मान्सून 10 जूनपर्यंत व्यापेल, असा अंदाज हवामान विभागाने वर्तवला आहे.

The monsoon has become quite active over the Bay of Bengal and the southern part of the Andaman Sea, raising hopes for an early arrival in Maharashtra. According to the IMD forecast, monsoon is expected to hit the Kerala coast by May 27. It may reach Konkan between June 1 and June 5, and is likely to cover the entire Maharashtra region by June 10. Farmers and citizens are eagerly awaiting the rains.
