Pope Leo Sends Special Message as Winter Olympics Open in Milan | EWTN News Nightly

The Winter Olympics officially began in Milan, Italy. Pope Leo sent a special letter marking the occasion, praising sport for fostering human fraternity, promoting peace, and encouraging values such as loyalty, sharing, and trust in others. Over the next few weeks, more than 3,500 athletes from over 90 countries will compete for a total of 195 medals.
