**Grandma's Ribeye Steak Salad**
**Utensils**
Skillet
2-quart saucepan
Strainer
Stirring spoon
Tongs
Whisk
Sharp knife
Measuring cups
Measuring spoons
2 Medium bowls
2 Small bowls
Egg slicer
Cutting board
**Ingredients**
2 ribeye steaks
2 Romain lettuce heads, chopped
4 Eggs
4 cups of chopped broccoli, chopped
14 Red grape tomatoes, sliced in half
8-ounce can of Pineapple chunks, drained
8oz of grated Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
2 Tablespoons of Garlic, minced
4 tablespoons of Wish-Bone Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
4 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cups of water
**Instructions for the Ribeye Steak Salad**
1. Season both sides of the ribeye steaks with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of ground pepper, and set them in the fridge while prepping veggies.
2. Boil 4 eggs in cold water with a dash of salt to prevent cracking until cooked through, then remove the eggs and allow them to cool, peel, and slice. Place them into a medium bowl. (Refrigerate Immediately)
3. Chop 4 cups of broccoli. In a saucepan with 2 cups of water, cook 4 cups of chopped broccoli for 3-5 minutes. Drain the broccoli. Transfer the broccoli to a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking process.
4. Use a sharp knife to cut the 14 Red grape tomatoes. Slice horizontally and place into a small bowl. Place fresh pineapple chunks into a small bowl, and chop 2 Romain lettuce heads and place into a medium bowl. Set aside.
5. Make the vinaigrette by adding 4 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, 2 Tablespoons of garlic, 4 tablespoons of Wish-Bone Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette, and 1/2 cup olive oil. *whisking vigorously.
6. Heat a skillet on medium heat and add 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the ribeye steaks and cook on each side for 5 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove from heat with tongs and set aside until room temperature, and shave.
7. Assemble salad by placing salad ingredients in 2 separate bowls (Arrange how you like), add shaved steak, top with egg slices overlapping each other, vinaigrette, and sprinkle parmesan cheese over top.
**Yields**
