First week of the 2024 #threeriverschallenge January pantry challenge! I am so excited to be participating in this challenge again this year. I love starting off the year challenging myself to eat through things that might be sitting around the pantry or the freezer a little too long. I obviously don't show everything I am cooking because I don't have time to record every meal a day, plus a lot of stuff we eat is leftovers. But I do try and record one meal a day for you guys.
